Huawei Roadshow 2024 aimed to connect innovation with real-world use, offering an on-the-ground experience of next-gen connectivity solutions. The key challenge was to ensure a smooth and impactful event execution that would leave a strong impression on industry professionals.
APPROACH
MindSet managed all logistical aspects of the event—from coordinating the mobile showcase arrival to handling branding, setup, and hospitality. The team also provided photography and videography to capture the energy and key moments of the day.
